I can’t wait for Christmas!

It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year
With the kids jingle belling
And everyone telling you "Be of good cheeeeeeeer"

Yep!! The most exciting time of the year is coming.. woo hoO! Yeah, sure.. it’s also the busiest time of the year – with many preparations for Christmas services at church, but y’know it’s still even possible to find joy, peace and happiness in the midst of the whirldwind of events. sigh.. it’s simply great, I just can’t quite tell you how with those holiday greetings and great happy meetings, When friends come to call, It’s the hap-happiest season of aaaallllll!!!
I have been bombarding myself with as many Christmas songs as I can get my hands on, and playing them endlessly. lol. The only thing missing is Chestnuts roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your nose, Yuletide carols being sung by a choir, And folks dressed up like eskimos, Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe, Help to make the season bright, Tiny tots with their eyes all aglow, Will find it hard to sleep tonight…
Oooooh, can’t wait to start putting up the Christmas decorations at church once VBS is over.. and to head to the malls and absorb in all the Christmas spirit and atmosphere…
O Holy Night
The stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Savior’s birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
‘Til He appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn!
Fall on your knees,
O hear the angels’ voices!
O night divine, O night when Christ was born
O night divine, O night divine, O night divine!

It’s going to be one superb Christmas, just wait and see – I can feel it in my bones. 😀 Yeah, I know it’s a little bit too early to say this,.. but I sincerely hope that you, yes you, too, would….
Have yourself a merry little Christmas.
Let your heart be light,
From now on our troubles
Will be out of sight.

Have yourself a merry little Christmas,
Make the Yule-tide gay,
From now on our troubles
Will be miles away.

Here we are as in olden days,
Happy golden days of yore,
Faithful friends who are dear to us
Gather near to us once more.

Through the years
We all will be together
If the Fates allow,
Hang a shining star
On the highest bough,
And have yourself
A merry little Christmas now
