Running shoes … Check
Proper exercise attire… Check
Downloaded fitness power music… Check
Pouch equipped with pepper spray (because you can’t be too sure nowadays)… Check
Lovely wee morning weather… Check

Day 1. Completed. 5:50am.

It was just walking. Coach said to start slow. Finish strong.

Someone commented that I would probably only run 10 times for the lifetime of my shoes. We will celebrate when my 11th run comes.

  1. What a spirit!! You actually wake up at 5:50am to run?? I thought we only wake up at such time to take morning blood while we are oncall… :p
